Description: Hammarmölledammen är belägen sydväst om Hässleholm tätort, söder om Finjasjön. Den nuvarande anläggningen uppfördes 1916 och HIBAB (Hässleholms industribyggnad AB) är ägare till anläggningen även om driften har varit utarrenderad under de senaste åren. I februari 2022 avslog Mark- och miljödomstolen HIBAB:s ansökan om lagligförklaring av vattenkraftanläggningen och tillstånd till kraftproduktion. Kraftverket saknade därmed tillstånd för sin verksamhet och var nödgade till att begära utrivning. I maj 2024 beviljade Mark- och miljödomstolen i dom "M 2614-23 daterad 2024-05-23, utrivning av dammanläggningen på fastigheten Tormestorp 5:31 samt igenfyllnad av den övre stenskodda delen av utloppskanalen från själva kraftverket. Utrivningen ska ske enligt Förfrågningsunderlag jämte bilagor samt enligt vad sökanden i övrigt har uppgett eller åtagit sig i målet.
