Description: I huvudsak omfattas objektet av följande arbeten: Rivning av bef. balkonger med bjälklag, skärmväggar, takbjälklag och räcken. Montage av nya balkonger med räcken samt platta för uteplatser i markplan med skärmväggar. Balkonger ska vara förberedda för inglasning. Trall/plattsättning samt skärmar kring uteplatser kommer rivas av ramavtalsentreprenör innan entreprenadstart. Grunduppdrag Objektet avser 96 st balkonger med inglasningar samt 66 st uteplatser fördelat på fyra stycken fastigheter på Havsöringsgränd och Mörtgränd. Option 1 Objektet innefattar Option 1 på ytterligare 84 st balkonger med inglasningar samt 66 st uteplatser fördelat på fyra stycken fastigheter på Forellgränd och Abborrgränd.
