Description: Vill du vara med och leverera sotning och brandskyddskontroll i Luleå kommun? Luleå kommuns inköp vill genom denna förhandsannons informera om pågående planering av kommande upphandling gällande "Sotning och Brandskyddskontroll" där Luleå kommuns Inköp, på uppdrag av Räddningstjänsten, planerar en upphandling avseende ett koncessionsavtal för rengöring/sotning och brandskyddskontroller av fastigheter inom Luleå kommuns geografiska område. Luleå kommun avser upphandla en leverantör som ska ansvara för rengöring/sotning och brandskyddskontroller av fastigheter i Luleå kommun för att på så sätt säkerställa Luleå kommuns behov av rengöring/sotning och brandskyddskontroller, med undantag där fastighetsägaren själv medgivits att utföra eller låta någon annan utföra rengöring/sotning på den egna fastigheten. Kommunen är enligt lag, Lag (2003:778) om skydd mot olyckor (LSO), ansvarig för att rengöring/sotning och brandskyddskontroll utförs i kommunen. Denna upphandling planeras således omfatta denna lagstadgade verksamhet inom hela Luleå kommun. Syfte med upphandlingen är att tillsäkerställa Luleå kommuns behov av lagstadgad rengöring/sotning och brandskyddskontroller av fastigheter och objekt utförs i enlighet med bestämmelserna i LSO.
