BAKGRUND Polismyndigheten publicerade den 20 mars 2024 på sin webbplats en text om polishusbygget i Ystad, https://polisen.se/aktuellt/nyheter/syd/2024/mars/omtag-for-polishusbygget-i-ystad/. Som där framgår medför förändrade tolkningar av upphandlingslagstiftningen att Polismyndigheten kommer att göra ett omtag vad gäller upphandling av hyresvärd för det nya polishuset i Ystad. NYTT POLISHUS I YSTAD Det nya polishuset ska inrymma lokaler för Polismyndigheten och planeras omfatta kontorsytor, träningsytor, skjutbana, arrestavdelning samt en fristående garagebyggnad. Polismyndighetens avsikt är att drygt 300 medarbetare ska kunna arbeta i det nya polishuset. Frågan om placeringen av det nya polishuset är något som för närvarande utreds av Polismyndigheten. Polismyndigheten kommer i upphandlingen att ställa krav på att ett säkerhetsskyddsavtal enligt säkerhetsskyddslagen (2018:585) ska tecknas mellan parterna.
