Description: Nacka kommun söker en samarbetspartner med förmåga att stärka utveckling av ledarskap, medarbetarskap, organisatorisk- och social arbetsmiljö samt medarbetarpolicyns förhållningssätt med fokus på Nackas prestationsinriktade, tillitsbaserade och hälsofrämjande kultur. Nacka kommun söker en strategisk samarbetspartner som har ett frågebatteri som möjliggör ovan nämnda utveckling – samt som ger kommunen underlag för utveckling av arbetsgivarerbjudande/medarbetarlöfte och ny medarbetarpolicy. Vi efterfrågar ett integrerat chefsverktyg som effektiviserar analys, identifierar risker och styrkor, föreslår åtgärder och erbjuder genomförandemanualer och anpassningsbara handlingsplaner.
