Ahead of an upcoming procurement of service agreement for IBIS (Integrated Ballistics Identification System) the Swedish Police Authority invites suppliers and other interested parties to submit a referral response on the procurement documents.
The purpose of this external referral is to ensure that the procurement documents, with the requirements and conditions stated therein, are proportionate and relevant to submit a tender on, since, according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU), it is not possible to make significant changes in the procurement documents after the procurement has been advertised.
