Åtgärderna avser fasad, tak, fönster och balkong. Projektet omfattar därmed: • Utbyte av skadad och rötskadad träpanel samt målning av samtliga fasader. • Omputsning av sockelfasad där den är putsad. • Tvätt och målning av befintliga plåtdetaljer på tak. • Justeringar av taktegel och omläggning på enstaka partier. • Renovering av befintliga fönster, inklusive skrapning, omkittning, målning och byte av skadade delar vid behov, med bibehållen ursprunglig utformning. Fönster bytes endast om renovering blir för omfattande. • Renovering balkonger och fönsterdörrar
