Description: Havs- och vattenmyndigheten söker en konsult som tar fram underlag till stödjande kunskapsunderlag/rådgivningsunderlag om hur en lokal aktör bör genomföra ett urval konkreta (fysiska) åtgärder mot övergödning. Underlagen ska slutbearbetas av utredare på myndigheten, och konsultens underlag ska var ett stöd i utredarens arbete. Efter ytterligare samverkan och kvalitetsgranskning som utförs av myndigheten kommer kunskapsunderlaget läggas ut på Havs- och vattenmyndighetens restaureringsportal som är under uppbyggnad.
