Title: VAN-tjänster
Description: Upphandlingen avser tillhandahållande av en VAN-tjänst för att tillgodose FMV:s behov av elektronisk hantering av leverantörs- och kundfakturor. Syftet är att säkerställa att myndigheten kan ta emot och skicka fakturor i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning, tillämpliga standarder samt myndighetens krav på informations- och IT-säkerhet. Omfattningen innefattar mottagande, förmedling och distribution av fakturor i elektronisk form samt hantering av fakturor som inkommer via alternativa kanaler, tex fakturaportal eller skannade pappersfakturor. Fakturahantering som omfattas av undantag enligt lag om elektroniska fakturor till följd av offentlig upphandling, exempelvis på grund av koppling till säkerhetskänslig verksamhet, ingår inte i upphandlingens omfattning. Kontraktets planeras gälla från och med 2026-07-01 med en giltighetstid på två år med möjlighet att förlänga kontraktet i två år vid ett eller flera tillfällen. Takvolym kommer vara 3 000 000 SEK.
