Description: Objekten är delar av fastigheterna Backa 78:2, 78:3, 78:4 och består av 3 st flervåningshus. Husen har 7-8 st våningsplan med totalt 199 st lägenheter samt 6 st lokaler. Projektet är ett stamrenoveringsprojekt där samtliga badrum renoveras samtidigt som åtgärder i kök utförs. El-stammar byts ut i sin helhet och värmestammar byts i de generella utrymmena samt i vissa delar i lägenheten. FTX installeras i alla huskroppar. Balkongfronter byts och balkonger renoveras. Byggnaderna uppfördes i slutet av 1960-talet och utgör en del av miljonprogrammet men finns idag inte upptagna i bevarandeprogrammet. I varje trappuppgång finns två lägenheter per våningsplan. Bjälklagen är av betong och fasaden har sjöstensliknande fasadelement.
