Description: I huvudsak omfattas objektet av följande arbeten: Lulebo AB avser att genomföra en omfattande renovering av 7st hyreshus / typhus på vardera ca 700m2 BTA Typhusen renoveras i etapper. Entreprenören får tillgång till maximalt 2 typhus i taget. När ett av typhusen är slutbesiktad och godkänd överlämnas nästa hus till entreprenörens förfogande inom 3 veckor. Befintliga installationer som el, VS-stammar, m.m. byts ut. Ny modernare planlösning med nytt badrum och kök, generellt nya ytskikt. Varje typhus kompletteras med enklare tillbyggd teknikbyggnad. Garage (G2) kompletteras med enklare tillbyggd teknikbyggnad. Garage (G1) kompletteras med en låda på vägg, för placering se 12.4 Mark Upplysningsritningar. Enklare åtgärder för sophus, inkl byte av plank, se ritning A-40-1-210
