Description: Försvarsmakten är i behov av konduktivitetsmätare för att kontrollera vattenkvaliteten efter rening med omvänd osmos och behöver därför upphandla nämnda mätare enligt LOU Öppet förfarande. Vi har annonserat denna upphandling tidigare men fick avbryta då ingen av de två anbudsgivarna uppfyllde samtliga krav. Behovet kvarstår så upphandlingen behöver annonseras på nytt. Denna gång tas kraven på ISO-certifieringar på den leverantör som ingår kontraktet bort. Kraven kommer att omformuleras så att ISO-certifieringar krävs antingen på den leverantör som ingår kontraktet eller på dennes underleverantörer. På så sätt ges fler leverantörer möjlighet att delta.
