För att lyckas i vår ambition vill vi på ett enkelt och snabbt sätt kunna beställa externt stöd i arbetet med att tillgängliggöra dokument. Nu genomför Luleå kommuns inköp på uppdrag av kommunstyrelseförvaltningen, Lulebo, Lumire och Luleå Lokaltrafik en ramavtalsupphandling avseende tjänster för tillgängliggörande av dokument på webben.
