Description: Luleå tekniska universitet (LTU) bedriver avancerad forskning och utbildning inom Internet of Things (IoT), System of Systems (SoS) och Serviceorienterad Arkitektur (SOA). En central del i detta är användningen och vidareutvecklingen av Eclipse Arrowhead Framework. För att omsätta forskningsresultat till robust och användbar programvara i nationella och internationella projekt, samt EU-projekt, har LTU behov av kvalificerade konsulttjänster applicerade på ett brett antal hårdvaruplattformar inom området IoT och System av System (SoS) för automation och digitalisering baserat på SOA mjukvaruarkitektur och implementations plattformar som Eclipse Arrowhead Framework. Denna upphandling syftar till att säkerställa tillgång till konsulter med expertis inom utveckling av professionell programkod anpassad för dessa miljöer. Ett viktigt kvalitetskrav är att den producerade koden ska kunna integreras och passera etablerade CI/CD-processer (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) inom bland annat Eclipse Arrowhead-ekosystemet.
